SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed as made to order. Each pair is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Processing & Production Time
Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment. This may vary depending on demand and material availability.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking Information
Please note that tracking updates are handled by the shipping carrier. In some cases, tracking may be delayed or display incorrect information due to system or scanning errors. This does not mean the package is lost or delivered incorrectly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a package is not collected, refused, or customs fees are not paid, the shipment will be returned to us.

In such cases, any refund issued will be partial, and all associated costs will be deducted, including:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs duties and handling charges

Reshipping will require payment of a new shipping fee.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist where possible.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
