Our heels are made from high-quality synthetic leather, while our detachable denim panels are made from real denim. Each piece is carefully made to give you the look, feel and quality we want HOTHEELS to be known for.

Our boots fits true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going with your usual size. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose.

Production time takes up to 1-2 weeks + 7-10 days shipping. Shipping times depend on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the package.

Our pieces are made specifically for each order, so we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us and we’ll sort it out.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Since our pieces are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are not included in the product price.
